Hello! I'm Mandy.

A quick blurb about me-- I'm a 26 year old Latina living in New Orleans, LA, USA. I love books, music, concerts, movies, and just about everything entertainment. I'm basically a walking IMDb.

What can you expect to find on this site? Mainly book reviews, ARC reviews, book hauls/book mail, an article here and there such as "top reads this month in order" or something to that nature. I may also post some lagniappe books stuff. Depends where the wind takes me.

I am open for arc reviews, whether you are an indie writer, PR company, publisher, etc. Just head over to my contact page and be sure to leave the appropriate information there.

My socials can be found in the top right hand corner and at the bottom, but my most commonly used one is Instagram (@mandyisreading_). Yes having to add the underscore kills me inside.

My Rating System:

5 stars - I'm obsessed. I cannot stop raving about this book and it is now my whole personality.

4 stars - I really enjoyed this! Definitely a must read for others, but didn't quite have the zing of 5 stars.

3 stars- This was good! Pretty ok but not exactly memorable.

2 stars- I contemplated DNFing, or I actually DNF'd.

1 star- I don't give these. Even if I DNF, I give 2.
