OOOWEEEE this was STEAMY
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
I wasn't sure what to expect going into this, but I ended up really loving it. I especially loved the disability representation, the real life effects it has on relationships, and the patience and understanding our mmc exhibited. This book was also way spicier than I expected, but then again, it was about a woman who hired a male escort to make her better at sex so...
Stella Lane's world revolves around math and routine. Anything dating, kissing, and beyond related makes her uncomfortable. Granted this probably has largely to do with her Asperger's and her bad choice in partners.
Determined to get practice and be better at sex and relationships, she hires escort Michael Phan. At an offer of $50k, he can't turn down her offer as it would dramatically help him with his mom's medical bills. He agrees to help her with her "checkboxes", but beyond that no more. He normally doesn't do repeats because they grow attached. But the longer they act like they're in a relationship, the more it really starts to feel like one.
But neither realize that the other isn't pretending anymore. Will they be able to work through how different their world's are? Or better yet, even realize that they love each other- for real?
